Products: By proceeding with purchase and submitting payment you agree that you understand you're purchasing a one of a kind item/(s) not "factory made" in mass quantity. Due to the nature of the product each piece will be different and no two identical (About our sheepskin Rugs). Sheepskin Hide measurements are made in a diagonal manner and at the widest points to achieve width and length (Sheepskin Sizing).
Packaging: To keep prices low all items are shipped in basic poly bag packaging, no frills! If you select priority mailing your sheepskin will arrive in a priority mail box that's 12 X 12 X 8.
Receipt of your sheepskin rug: When you received your sheepskin rug give it a good shake outdoors to revive its' natural wool pile. Some shedding is normal, but with use it will shortly stop. If it's shedding more than you'd like to accelerate the shedding you may find it helpful to brush it out and fluff in the dryer on AIR ONLY! (How to care for your sheepskin) The backside of hides can have scratches, marks or stains from the tannery, this is normal and natural part of processing.
Damaged Items: Upon receipt of your item ensure the package is not damaged or punctured, if it is please contact us immediately. Sheepskin is not a common item to be damaged in mailing. Please ensure when opening the package you do not cut your sheepskin with the knife! Refunds will never be made in this scenario.
Returns/Refunds: If for any reason your not happy with your sheepskin product contact us within 72 hours of receipt (seriously, you will know whether you love or hate your sheepskin in less than 5 minutes of receipt!) and we'll gladly take your unused sheepskin product back. Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping charges related to receipt and return. Sheepskin products must be sent back with a shipping company that provides tracking of your item to be returned. Refused items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Wrong Items Sent: Sometimes shit just happens, contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation as fast as possible.
